GVRE Development is based in beautiful Bozeman, Montana, in the southwestern corner of this amazing state. Originally called Gallatin Valley Real Estate, the company was founded in 2002 by Neal Ainsworth, a lawyer, Realtor®, and businessman who set out to create a realty/development company with true “groundbreaking visions for the future.”
Under Neal’s leadership the company grew rapidly, becoming increasingly involved in the development of residential properties as well as commercial buildings. Its primary focus is on land development and land development management, but through its Gallatin Valley Real Estate division, also provides Realtor® buyer and seller representation.
GVRE Development has been instrumental in helping numerous families, businesses, and investors realize their dream of living, working, and succeeding in this special place. We are proud to be a “green” developer, meaning we take every measure possible to ensure our work has as minimal negative impact on the environment as possible as well as to provide neighborhoods with abundant green space, parks, and trails.
